There are two steps to becoming a member of OUSC:
- Purchase a club membership here (instructions to renew a membership can be found here and instructions to purchase a new membership can be found here). Anyone can join Social Swimming, but those joining the Blues and Seconds teams must have trialed for their team before purchasing a membership.
- Sign the Club Code of Conduct and send to [email protected].
Membership prices
- Blues: £94.50 per year
- Seconds: £39.50 per year
- Social: £14.50 per year or £6.50 per term
For those who do not currently have an active Swim England membership, there is an additional charge of approximately £36 per year for those competing or £14.50 for those not competing.
Swim Top-Up
A club membership will provide access to the pool during your squad’s session times (Blues, Seconds or Social). If you would like to access the pool at other times for public swims, you can either:
- Purchase an Iffley Sports Centre membership. The active fusion membership (including pool + gym) costs £25 per month or £280 per year.
- Purchase a ‘Swim Top-Up’. This can be purchased here but now selecting ‘Sign up for a membership’ then ‘Top-Up Memberships’. It is only available to those who have already purchased a club membership. Cost is £163.54 per year or £392.50 for three years.
Note that some colleges provide a swim top-up or active fusion membership to their students for free. It is therefore worth checking before purchasing the membership!
