Second’s Varsity 2024

The Seconds Team put on a masterclass in the pool, winning every single race and triumphing with a dominant 122 – 55 point score, the largest winning margin since the reintroduction of Seconds Varsity in 2018.

Blues Varsity 2024

The Blues Team took a tremendous 114 – 66 point victory, winning both the Open/Male and Women’s trophies. The winning margin is the second largest in the history of the event. Check out some of the fantastic times below.

This year’s 2s Varsity was a very exciting match, coming right down to the final races to determine the winner. Sadly, Oxford were just pipped to the post in a very close battle.

This year, Varsity was held at Rosenblatt Pool, Iffley Road, Oxford on the 29th February making it the first ever leap year Varsity (maybe). In an incredibly exciting match, Oxford and Cambridge were neck and neck throughout, separable by only 6 points at the end
