2nd win for Jack Marriott
In the final event of day 4 of the British Gas National Championships 2011: the 50m fly, Oxford swimmer Jack Marriott once again stormed to the finish to come first. Three months earlier he had, to the surprise of many, come first in the British Gas Swimming Championships (50m) in the same event, beating favourite Anthony James.
Jack has now settled in to training at Loughborough’s intensive training centre with the development squad for the Olympics in London in 2012. He is under the guidance of Ben Titley, one of British Swimming’s leading coaches.
We wish Jack continued success.
